SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. 

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days, however, during the Christmas season (Oct 1-Dec 31) it can take 5-10 business days for your order to be made and ship. Please remember- each ornament is made to order when your order is placed. Non-personalized orders do usually ship faster, however please give allow ample time for your order to be made and ship. 

We ship all orders from our studio in the north Georgia mountains.

Standard shipping time usually takes 4-7 business days to arrive after shipping.

First class shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive after shipping.

Priority mail shipping should arrive 2-3 business days after shipping.

(You will receive tracking information for first class and priority mail shipments,

so you can keep an eye out for your order)

PLEASE NOTE with the current pandemic situation, some areas are still experiencing delays in delivery.

We know this is frustrating- it is frustrating for us as well- unfortunately, when delays happen it is out of our control and we are at the mercy of the delivery service. They are trying their best, but with smaller staffs and higher mail volume, please have patience if your package is delayed. 

RETURN POLICY

If you receive your order and decide it wasn't what you were looking for, you are welcome to return it.

If the item was personalized, you will receive a refund for the item minus 10%.

Please email us with Return Request in the subject line and expect a reply the next business day.

Be sure to include your Order Number, Full Name, and Phone Number

If there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us so we can make it right.

We do our best to make sure everything is 100% perfect, but if we mess up, we'll fix it ASAP.

If you receive your order and realize you have made an error/typo in personalization, please Contact Us-

we know accidents happen and are happy to help you with your issue.

PLEASE do not break the ornament and claim it arrived damaged-

any damaged ornaments will be replaced using the EXACT text you submitted for your original order.

Please Note- ALL returns must be submitted within 14 days of your order delivery.
