Most items can be personalized at no additional charge. Please follow the directions under the item that you are ordering for how to personalize. All personalization will go beneath the original wording that shows through the front of the ornament unless otherwise noted- nothing can go on the back as the feathers that go behind the vellum to show through the glass would cover any writing there.
Yes! I love to do custom designs! If you have a saying you would like on an ornament, just email me with what you need, and I'll get back with you. If the wording is something I can fit on an ornament, I'll send you the custom link to order through, then after your order is placed, I'll send you 3-6 mock-ups to choose from, Once you decide which design you like, I'll make the ornament and ship it out.
Each ornament is made to order. Processing time is between 2-5 business days before shipping. After shipping, most orders arrive within 4-7 business days with regular ground advantage shipping. If you choose a faster shipping option, please remember that only applies to the actual ship time through the post office- NOT the processing time.
