Most items can be personalized at no additional charge. Please follow the directions under the item that you are ordering for how to personalize. All personalization will go beneath the original wording that shows through the front of the ornament- nothing can go on the back as the feathers that go behind the vellum to show through the glass would cover any writing there.

Each ornament is made to order. Processing time is between 3-7 business days before shipping. After shipping, most orders arrive within 4-7 business days. However, with the current pandemic situation, some postal areas are experiencing delays and may take longer for arrival. If you choose a faster shipping option, please remember that only applies to the actual ship time through the post office- NOT the processing time.
